Fill in your brand profile once: what you offer, who it's for, your tone and what to avoid. Save post ideas as they come to you, or have your AI assistant add them.

Approve
Write a post once, then tweak it for X, Facebook and Instagram. Add photos or video. Nothing gets a date until you've approved it.

Schedule
Pick a date, time and time zone for each approved post. Your calendar shows the week, month or year at a glance, so you always know what's next.
Good to know: automatic publishing to Facebook and Instagram is coming soon. For now, EasyPostFlow keeps your approved posts on the calendar for the scheduled time, you post them, and you mark them as published.
Bring your own AI assistant
Your AI assistant writes the first draft. You stay in charge.
Connect an AI assistant you already use to your EasyPostFlow account. It reads your brand profile first, so its drafts follow your tone of voice, and everything it writes waits for your approval.

Connect it once
In your AI app, add EasyPostFlow as a connector using our server URL. Sign in to EasyPostFlow and approve access. That's it.

Brief it like a teammate
Ask in plain words, for example: “Read my brand profile and write three Instagram posts about our winter menu.”

Review, approve, schedule
The drafts land in EasyPostFlow. Edit anything you like, approve the ones you're happy with, then pick a date and time.
